Thank you for choosing to be a ROOTE partner! We're thrilled to have you join the family. Please note the following rules before placing an order.

All opening orders must reach our opening order wholesale dollar minimum of $250. Re-orders for existing stockist must meet our re-order total of $100. These minimums must be met before freight (shipping) cost are added. The website will permit the order to proceed without these requirements but orders that do not meet the above minimum dollar amounts will be canceled and can be re-placed when minimum dollar amount is met. 

All shipping cost will be placed onto the stockist. If the shipping cost exceeds 15% of your order total please email info@rooteofficial.com.

All orders are made to order to maintain absolute quality control and freshness. We do our best to have all orders out between 4-10 business days, however, these time frames may fluctuate due to peak times or work load. If you require expedited shipping please contact us at info@rooteofficial.com. (There may be an additional charge for this service)

If barcodes are required please notify us via email prior to placing your order. 

We DO NOT ship wholesale orders via USPS due to higher chance of parcel damage and delayed shipment. Please DO NOT select USPS shipping at checkout.
